why seamoss?

i first came across sea moss during the COVID-19 era, a time when I was deeply exploring herbal medicine and alternative approaches to health. as I learned more about the alkaline diet and the teachings of Dr. Sebi, his findings inspired me to take a closer look at sea moss and its powerful benefits. sea moss, scientifically known asĀ Chondrus crispus and also called Irish moss. what drew me in most was how it supports the lymphatic and gastrointestinal systems. as it helped the body move mucus, eliminate waste, and maintain healthy fluid balance, which are essential for detoxification and overall wellness. its natural fiber and soothing properties can support gut health by promoting digestion and nurturing the intestinal lining. additionally,Ā Chondrus crispus contains antioxidants and bioactive compounds that researchers have studied for their potential cancer-supportive properties, particularly in helping the body combat inflammation and oxidative stress.

so what am i doing now?Ā

i am currently exploring sea moss and its potential contribution to cancer support through a holistic wellness lens. as I continue learning, i’m especially interested in the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds found in sea moss.
